Returns & Exchanges

The Artisan and Co. Return Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. 
  • In order to be eligible for a full refund proof of purchase is required. The item must be unused in original condition and packaging.
  • Please email your return or exchange request directly to us at assistant@theartisanandcompany.com 
  • We will then provide you with a pre-paid return label once approved. Be sure to hold on to the return receipt once you mail us back your return/exchange just in case.
  • Returns may take up to 3-5 days business to process from the date the item is received. 
  • We will issue a full refund once your return item is received.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For U.S customers, a $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund and your initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • For International customers, return shipping fees vary based on your location and are deducted from your refund.

 Exchanges

  • Please follow the above return policy in order to begin your exchange request.
  • Please email your return or exchange request directly to us at assistant@theartisanandcompany.com 
  • For exchanges once your item is received we will notify you in order for you to complete a new order. 

Customized and Monogrammed 

  • Customized, i.e. monogrammed/personalized orders are all final sale.
